Countries & Eligibility

  • This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United State and Canada.

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are also accepted.

Product Condition & Return Window

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Method & Fees

  • Returns must be sent back by mail.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs/return label only when the return is not caused by our error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or address issue).

  • If the return is required because of an error on our side (for example, a wrong item sent or a manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide the label.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days after we receive and inspect your return.
