Thank you for choosing Direct Prime Liquidation for your liquidation merchandise needs. We understand how important shipping is to your experience, and this policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle orders to ensure clarity and confidence in every transaction.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Business Hours:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ET. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking details.

Processing Time:

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs & Fees

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Shipping costs are based on pallet size, weight, destination, and service type (standard or expedited). The final cost will be shown at checkout.

Pallet Shipping Estimates:
Shipping for standard pallets typically starts at $100. Larger shipments or longer distances may incur higher charges. Truckload orders will require a custom freight quote.

Additional Services (Optional):

Residential Delivery: +$50–$150
Liftgate Service: +$50–$200

International Shipping:
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and other import fees.

3. Freight Shipping (Pallets & Truckloads)

Carriers & Delivery:
We work with trusted third-party freight carriers. Carriers are chosen based on your delivery location and order size.

Commercial vs. Residential Delivery:

Commercial Delivery: Requires a dock or forklift.
Residential Delivery: Must be requested in advance and will include additional charges.

Delivery Appointments:
Most freight shipments require an appointment. Our carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Curbside Delivery Only:
All deliveries are curbside. Carriers do not provide inside delivery. You must have appropriate help or equipment to unload pallets.

4. Shipping Damage & Claims

Inspection Required at Delivery:
Inspect your pallet before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Look for crushed boxes, torn wrap, or other signs of damage. Take clear photos and note any issues on the BOL.

Reporting a Claim:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, damage photos, and a description of the issue.
Claims without documentation or not reported promptly may be denied.

Freight Carrier Responsibility:
We assist in filing freight claims but cannot guarantee outcomes. Final decisions are made by the shipping carrier.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Use the freight carrier’s website to monitor delivery.

Delayed Shipments:
If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us for assistance. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or seasonal volume.

6. Local Pickup Option

Warehouse Pickup:
If you’re near our Fort Wayne, Indiana facility, you may schedule a pickup instead of shipping. Contact us to arrange a pickup time in advance.

7. International Orders

Global Shipping Available:
We currently ship to select international locations. To place an order outside the U.S., email us for a quote and details on customs, duties, and shipping timelines.
